  Reload Inspiration




   


  • Update your living space and working area. Buy new/rotate your stationaries. Make sure you have some items that you absolutely love. Some that make you calm.

  • Make sure you get enough exercising. Find a new training program or make some changes in one you already got. 

  • Look through magazines,pictures,books, a shop and reload your impressions. Have a table book beside you with an interesting topic. 

  • Have your meals regularly and with enough nutrition. Make a week plan/update.

  •  Go for walks. Make benefit of daylight.
