There are always some activities I turn to when I am stressed. As you may have seen earlier I like very much reading. Books and blogs. And to blog. Lately I've been coloring in a lovely mindfulness and creativity book. Generally writing is nice :) Diary notes, blog posts, short stories and hopefully, the upcoming book I've been working on. Photographing is also helpful and going for walks. Especially in nature fields. I can not get enough of this!
Reading opens a new world to me and writing creates one.
